“In January we had a number of enquiries from our customers to stock more cake decorating supplies” commented Peter Elms, Owner of Confection Affection. “We have stocked many items that fit the bill in both the chocolate and sweet shop and our party shop, but we’ve been asked for so much more. Our customers have been finding it increasingly challenging to source the baking supplies they need, so as it fits very well into our specialisms I thought ‘Yes, we can do that!’. We now have a great range of cake and baking supplies in stock from some of the best suppliers in the business. With our party shop moving to its new premises in London Road, and so space freed up above Confection Affection in Threadneedle Street, we embarked on remodelling that space for this new and exciting bake it! By Confection Affection venture. Within 3 weeks we had fitted it out and created a better place adjacent to it for our new all-year-round Halloween shop too.”
